My name is Arlene Carley, and I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for your interest in my practice.
With over 35+ years of experience in the healing arts, I've dedicated my life to helping others find balance and well-being. Many years ago, after completing my education in Chiropractic college, I felt a calling to expand my knowledge and skills, which led me to the world of Massage Therapy. I was fortunate to learn from some truly remarkable mentors who instilled in me a deep appreciation for the healing power of touch.
My focus today is on providing restorative and calming relaxation massage, designed to help you unwind and rejuvenate.
Throughout the years I have honed my skills through specialized training which includes CranioSacral Therapy via the Upledger Institute, and Myofascial Release through John Barnes PT. Each technique I incorporate is aimed at addressing the unique needs of my clients, ensuring a tailored experience that promotes healing from within.
